Wood & Black ships worldwide! We partner with merchants all across the globe to source the best in durable, minimalist and stylish children's decor & accessories. 

This means your order will be shipped directly with one or more of our manufacturing partners located in Asia, Europe or North America. Because we ship directly without a warehouse location your items will take a little longer to travel to your home. Expect a shipping time of approximately 7-30 business days. If you ordered multiple products you may receive multiple packages depending on which merchant it's coming from.  They may not arrive at the same time but don't worry it's on it's way! 

TAXES & IMPORT DUTIES

Wood & Black is not responsible for any shipping delays or inspections at customs or any shipping duties, fees or taxes that may incur with your order. Each country has their own policies, please contact your customs office for more information. 

CANCELLATIONS

All our order are processed in about 2-5 business days depending on which merchant its sent to. Please contact us to cancel at anytime within 3 days after placing your order. Thereafter your order can no longer be cancelled as it will be processed for shipping. 

RETURNS

You received your order but aren't satisfied with the product you received. It happens! Please contact us right away and we are more than happy to help you with a hassle-free return. 

Eligible Returns

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving the product
  • We require the receipt or proof of purchase
  • Product must be unused and in its original packing how it was received
